I've noticed the more I think/worry about my stutter, the worse it gets. Have you ever tried meditation? It takes practice to think about nothing and feel comfortable doing so. Find that peace and carry it through your daily life. It'll never be a 100% "cure," but feeling comfortable as you stutter usually does wonders.
