My speech therapist told me to stop putting power in a certain word. The more you build it up, the harder it becomes to say out loud. We practiced calling random places that would ask for my name over and over again. I practiced breathing out before I spoke, and saying my name gently on the exhale. It was terrifying at first, but it really helped!
