Guess I’m the odd man out here but I’ve definitely noticed improvements with microdosing LSD, psilocybin and an occasional Ketamine treatment over the years but that reason may be because I go into the experience looking for an answer to the “problem” (quoted bc it’s not necessarily a problem) instead of just taking them which is a big part in any psychedelic experience is having reason other than to trip. I certainly have a hard time trusting MDMA for cure purposes bc yes they do help mental states in some ways while on it but mdma has also leads to “depressive crash period” after taking it due to the depletion of serotonin that I’ve noticed and others I know/heard from and from science. BUT this is all speculation bc I haven’t read any research on MDMA purposes in health care practices so if there’s any articles or books I can check out please let me know. I’m glad medical practitioners are doing more research on microdosing bc I really do see drugs like LSD, Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, Ketamine, and DMT serving purpose in curing a lot of mental illnesses and aiding in the reconstruction of neuron pathways.
