hi! i’m 25f and i experienced similar things a couple years back. i think we compare ourselves to others too much so it seems like we’re running behind and out of time but you have so much time! it isn’t too late to go back to school, you can even start with just taking 1 course at a community college. and if you want to be fit, try working out at home and then go to the gym if you’re comfortable. it’s never too late to start doing what you want to do. i was also prescribed fluoxetine for my depression/anxiety which personally, my stutter would intensify when anxious but it’s helped and i can make phone calls now without that terrible feeling in my stomach. do i stutter still? of course, i think ive accepted its part of me and i just have to make do and keep going! i didn’t expect to write this much lol sorry!
