Any advice?

Any advice? I am a freshman at Baylor University and I have stuttered for as long as I can remember, which was ever since the first grade. I have had speech therapy and that has helped a lot but it still seems to happen at the most embarrassing and inopportune times. For example, we had to tell our name, where we are from in a class i'm in at the moment and when it came to my turn I froze up and could barely say my own name because I was so nervous. This incident was extremely embarrassing and I just don't feel confident at all about my speech at the moment and any advice or encouragement would be much appreciated. I know there are many others that struggle with speech impediments but I have only met a handful so I feel alone with this issue for much of the time.
