I learned how to manage it but I don’t think I’ve “beaten” it. I know certain situations stress me out the most so I know there’s a chance I’ll stutter. Though what I realize over the years is that the biggest trigger for me is anxiety so as long as I can remain calm and speak at a good pace I have a high chance of fluency. Easier said than done but i have been able to do it. Even if I reduce it so I’m fluent 90% is good enough for me. Emotions suck and are hard to control but with practice it is possible. I found mediation is a good tool to reach that zen like calmness.
