Becoming a parent

Becoming a parent Both my fiancé and I love kids and we both want them. I know my fiancé would make a terrific mom and she knows it too! However, as much as she and I want kids - she is terrified of our kids inheriting her stutter (it's genetic in her family). Does anyone else have this same worry? Also, for those who are a parent and so stutter - does your kid(s) also stutter and how did that affect everyone?
