Oh man, If I had a quarter for every time I’ve heard “your cutting in and out sir, I think you have bad cell service”. I always have to tell them “it’s not bad cell service, I have a speech impediment.” That usually makes them seem a little more patient. Although I’ve had really poor experiences with very rude foreign customer service reps who didn’t seem to empathize and eventually hung up on me.
