I dunno. As one who's experienced choral speech devices, speech therapy, clinical trials, I'd be reluctant to pay anything with a promise of fluency. There's a lot of money to be made from people who stutter. Always remain cognizant. Stuttering has been here since speech has been here. Take that as you will.
