I dont know what to do while applying for a job

I dont know what to do while applying for a job I have a very hard time talking on the phone, as I am pretty sure that I have developed some kind of selective mutism to go along with my stutter. I just cannot talk on the phone. Literally no sounds come out, ever. There doesnt seem to be any area on the application to say that I cannot talk on the phone. Ironically, it says that individuals with disabilities must call them to tell them the accommodations you need. Should I have a friend or family member call them for me and tell them the situation? I dont even know if I will be called in for an interview yet, but I am just more worried about getting the phone call to come and interview than the actual interview itself haha
