Some people find just not giving a fk really helps them because they’re not self monitoring their speech so much, which takes the pressure and anticipatory anxiety away from speaking situations. The frequency of their blocks might be reduced, but still stutter more and again. Your mindset can do wonders for your fluency, even though it won’t ever really be “cured”.
