Tell her it’s not her fault and that having a stutter doesn’t mean she is worth less than others. When she speaks (or is unable to), have patience with her. And most importantly – help her on the path of getting better. Sometimes, that can mean training with her and being involved, other times it means leaving her alone. Good luck.
