You have not fleshed this out enough. What you're saying does not make sense. Language does not have "strength" or rhythm. Language exists only in the brain -- it's cognitive only. Speech is the oral production of language. You talk about diverting "strength" of language and relieve "strength." Your terminology is too vague to make any sense of what you're talking about
