It fluctuates a lot, less over the years, moderate to severe. Had more severe days when I was younger, now it's usually at a moderate level. It's not 10 second blocks every sentence, though I've had those in the past. Lots of times I can't say "hi" when calling or answering the phone, people ask if I'm having a case of the mondays, stutter in every conversation I have still.
