Just to add to what Dr. Yaruss said, which is a wonderful answer. I think "cure" may be a bit of a misnomer because it implies that there is or should be a unitary cause to stuttering or moments of stuttering. Research has shown that such a view isn't the case. So, there are likely going to be multiple pathways to being less impacted or negatively affected by stuttering--or indeed even fluent.
