Try this. Read a book out loud one hour a day to yourself. Letting yourself hear fluency from your lips retires your brain to not think about stuttering. I stutter self hypnosis. Get the book by Melvin Powers. I sell nothing. It’s no magic pill. It’s called hitting the gym. If you don’t believe me, that’s fine. But if I haven’t trained you, you don’t know.
