My situation is very similar to yours, and I wish I could tell you how therapy is going for me. But I can't go without my parents knowing until I turn 18 in 4 months because of some stupid law here. But what I can tell you is that my stutter gets a lot worse when I'm reminded of that trauma for whatever reason. It is mostly mental for lots of us. Having noticed every c-PTSD symptom I have, I've also noticed some autism symptoms ('Asperger', more specifically). I want to go to therapy and finally know what exactly is going on, though it's probably both.
