Don't beat yourself up over it. You win some you lose some. I play competitive NS2 (/r/ns2 plug) for the current rank 2 team in Australia and top 8 or so in the world and you can bet your ass that I miss calls all the time or they come late, but guess what... Everyone does! It just comes with playing games. Try not to think about it too much and just enjoy the game.
