If you have not already sent it, in your thank you note (which you should always send for every interview) in addition to the usual reiteration of your interest in the position and the highlights of your skills, directly address your stutter and assure your interviewer that you will have otherwise impeccable communication skills by having perfect syntax and grammar in the email.
