At the very least, report it to HR. From a brief internetting, whether this incident constitutes (disability) harassment [will depend on several factors] (https://www.disabilitysecrets.com/resources/when-is-disability-harassment-illegal.html). So at the minimum, report to HR and start the complaint process in case you need to eventually show a pattern of this kind of behavior or prove future retaliation/discrimination. Hopefully HR will make it clear through training, punishment, or some other way to your boss that this is not OK.
