It does get exhausting; however, I try to be prepared for all the calls well in advance. When there's unexpected questions, it does trip me up and produce more blocks; however, I try to circumvent them as much as I can. Even with my stutter, I am an ambivert, and I do like to talk to people. I have been lucky that my team and my clients support me. At the end of the day, they want to know what I bring to the table, and are not concerned with how I speak.
