It's helped get me out of speeding tickets 3 times. The conversation usually goes: i get stopped, the cop comes to talk to me, i stutter (more than usual because of the situation), the cop says "why are you nervous", i say "i just have a stutter officer", the cop apologizes, and I get let go. Ethics on this can be debated, but it's not like i'm doing it on purpose.
