I totally understand, I'm manager & when I need to tell my employees to do something I instantly Developed blockage & have hard time getting the task out that needs to be done. There is a few of them that doesn't take me seriously bc of it & will try to just walk away when I'm trying to delegate the task. Straight disrespectful & childish.
