Some ADHD medications (Vyvanse, Ritalin etc) can help some ppl and some dopamine antagonists (Risperidone, Ecopipam etc) can help others achieve better fluency. There are no FDA approved meds for stuttering, but some of those mentioned here are used off-label for stuttering. Some people find certain anti-anxiety medications help them too.
