Thank you for your response! I really like the comment you made about caring about what he says not how he says it. We never say things like stop and things or slow it down, and I’m always sure never to finish his thoughts for him to interrupt him. I looked at cluttering speech. He repeats first syllables but his speech is also very fast and while he doesn’t have an ADHD diagnosis I would say he exhibits many of its symptoms. He will turn three in September and he has a pretty advanced vocabulary, when he learns new words, he uses them and appropriate context, and can be easily understood by others.
