Interviews with stuttering

Interviews with stuttering How do you guys deal with your stutter during interviews. I would say mine is usually mild but it can get really bad to the point I just block up if I get nervous or am at a word I know I will mess up at. I already know I’ll probably flunk the interview and not get the job but I’ll hope for the best
