My mother tongue is arabic. I stutter A LOT more when speaking english. In arabic i stutter like once or twice in a sentence. When speaking english i stutter on almost every word, and it's very bad in english. Much worse than when i stutter in arabic. Problem is my speech therapist is american so i can only speak english in our sessions 💀
