I used to listen to a Jon Kabat Zinn tape called Body Scan for 45 mins. You can probably find a similar tape online but u basically try ur best to focus ur attention on ur breath and relaxing each muscle. Then at the very end of the tape he says ‘now try to keep this feeling with you throughout the day’. It feels weird cuz ur not doing anything ahhaah but it does work
