Actually i don not have a lot of problem with patients because i speak to them with a mild stutter My biggest problems is speaking to my seniors who are attending doctors or residents cuz i feel weak when speaking in front of them i think they see my problem as a disability and will someday call me down. although it has never happened in these 6 years of studying i often think about it
