I fell into that trap and developed a addiction. Try recording a video of yourself and see how it affects you. It makes me feel fluent but honestly the video shows I still stutter and block. I just don't give a fuck I feel good lol I also seen how much of a asshole I become because the false confidence benzos give me. I've done and said things I never would sober.
