You shouldn't think like that. You guys should check out that NSA conference for next year that the guy above was talking about. I'm sure it can greatly help. Have you guys ever tried getting some prescribed meds? I got a prescription for Citalopram and it seems to be helping. Calms me down in situations. Doesn't automatically cure it but it does seem to help.
