If you can't see a therapist at this point due to financial or insurance reasons (we all know insurance companies absolutely suck for these things), you could always look into nearby universities if they have an SLP masters program. Students are supervised by a licensed SLP, so it's not like a free for all or anything lol, and usually the costs come out to about <$15/hour session.
