5 % of all children go through a period of stuttering that lasts six months or more. Threequarters of those will recover by late childhood, leaving about 1 % with a long-term problem. The best prevention tool is early intervention. (paragraph from Stutteringhelp.org faq) Having children earlier is always better. Because it's less likely for the baby to have any disorders. (learned from biology) Ofc it's your call if you want children, but don't only focus on the negative side etc. If the worst case would happen that your child do stutter, just be supportive and try to help early with threatment etc. Don't let fear control and mold your life/future. Cause it will only leave you with regrets.
