19F here. Agree that speech therapy is key. But find speech therapy that doesn't try to cure it but rather gives you tools to help you w/ the stutter and to accept it. Give yourself patience. Accepting your stutter typically doesn't happen overnight and even if you accept it one day, you might not accept it the next. It sucks but is true. It's hard to have a stutter. Try to find a support group, make sure you're following r/Stutter, find a podcast (there's a few run by women who stutter which is important w/ us being only 20% of all stutterers), aka surround yourself w/ others like you. Try to do one thing a day where you accept your stutter whether that is speaking in class or after a "bad" stuttering moment refuse to think about how bad it was (weird tip but I would sometimes just not stop thinking "stop.stop.stop." until I stopped thinking about it). Gradually increase this number until it becomes natural.
