I made a joke about my stutter during my job interview. It went over real well. I was stuttering off and on the whole time. It made it more awkward because we didnt talking about it. So the classic questions what are your weaknesses comes up. I smile and say public speaking. I get some laughs and it kinda broke the ice, and let the stuttering come up. I then said I have never let it stop me before, and I have no problems talking in group setting etc. Just that I was obviously a little nervous and it acts up. It also let them ask a few questions about it. I spoke more fluent after that tension was broke a little. I ended up getting the job and I found out later when we were expanding again they had interviewed a bunch of people before me.
