How to forget you stutter? I get silent blocks quite a lot. But it appears I have no problem talking when I forget about the stutter. I have stopped giving a fuck recently and this has helped with the low self esteem and nervous feelings etc, but what I have noticed is that I think about this issue a lot. I mean, it's always on my mind. How do I change my thoughts to think about something else?
