Man this post is just godtier haha I started lifting/bulking 9 weeks ago and it's been going great, but owning my stammer has been crucial to staying confident. I remember telling my girlfriend just before we got together that I stammered and she didn't even realise that I did but she was so happy that I was open about it instead of trying to hide it. I made sure when I was at school that everyone knew that I stammered (I was lucky to have a great group of friends and classmates) so if I ever really tripped on my words i'd just get poked fun at in a light hearted way in line with everyone else in the class or nothing happened at all. It's better to embrace it and stay positive rather than think about how much better your life would be without it because trust me you'd find 10 other things to complain about if your speech issues went away.
