first job interview on Monday So this morning I got a call back from the local grocery store I applied to. I was super caught off guard and it was instant anxiety and I ended up stuttering A LOT even though it was a 30 second phone call. My dad overheard me struggling and he said “what the hell was that about? Make sure not to do that in the interview.” And I was just like.. dude. If it was only that easy. He has always ignored the fact that I have a mildly easy to hide stutter but since this is the first time anyone has called me out for it I broke down. The stress of it all crashed down and I realized I’m probably gonna fuck it up come Monday. I’m so scared. This is a huge step for me with my social anxiety and stutter. Nothing has ever scared me more.
