This was incredibly hard for me too. I only have to sell my consulting services, for the training I have a lot of support so I don't have to do much in the way of sales there. For the consulting, I basically just grew my professional network. Everyone I have ever worked with, I keep in touch with. Here's a tip - its the holiday season so a good practice is to reach out to everyone in your network and wish them happy holidays and ask how they are doing. Become friends with people you work with. I get a ton of work that way. But to start, I used to apply for consulting jobs on indeed or LinkedIn. That's really no different than applying for a "normal" job except the terms are finite and you are paid hourly. Make sure you do awesome work (I'm sure you will) and establish a long-term relationship with all of your clients. I hope this helps!
