I know how you feel, I have Apraxia of speech, which stopped me from getting my dream job of being an Airline pilot. I cannot even get a basic pilot license because of my speech disorder, on top of that, I have a difficult time making friends due to being so far behind in social skills due to being afraid when I was little.
