It was my rock buttom moment when I diced I had to do something. I didn't want to see a SLP because of bad experiences in my Childhood and Teenager years. So I also stumbled upon it and gave it a shot. It's hard work but it's totally worth it. I don't want to go back to the time before I have read the book. There is a small part about accepting your stuttering. But the main portion is about changing the way you stutter. It will help you to determine what you are doing while you stutter. So you can modify it, make it less of a struggle, or even make your stutter un perceivable.
