Mostly constant talking. I read the news aloud to my husband every day. Not just the titles, the whole articles. I talk to my cat about every single thing. Sometimes instead of talking to my brother (who also stutters) in chat or by text, we'll skype and talk aloud. Just ceasing avoidance and seeking out verbal opportunities. But there are also diaphragmatic/costal breathing exercises that are helpful, and some stutterers even claim to have found almost total fluency with them. These are also used by opera singers and people with COPD. If you google "costal breathing exercises" or "diaphragmatic breathing" there are a lot of good instructional youtube videos and articles.
