I agree, but what most people don't realize is all stutterers have varying degrees of difficulty, some are word or sound repeaters, prolonging syllables, etc, but the air flow is still there, and some are extreme blockers, where they're air flow gets choked off, and literally can't nothing but just stare at the listening make strange faces. It's totally different outcome.
