A few weeks ago I had to buy a train ticket. I was unable to say the destination. Usually I take control and say it anyways, thanks to my wonderful speech therapist of course, but in this I was unable to do so. So I started coughing pretty bad, and was able to force the word out after my cough. I remember this vividly. It had been a long time since I had such an extreme block.
