How to cope with first day introductions in class. Today was day one, I know everyone in my cohort as well as the teachers so idk wtf we had to go around, but here's how I did it. I knew that the longer I waited the more my anxiety would build up. so I sat at the table closest to the teacher and we were the first table to go, and I was the 2nd person to talk. Went off without a hitch. Also my enemy (yes I have 2 enemies) was first and I was so focussed on not allowing my RBF to emerge, I forgot to be anxious about stuttering. But then I realized, I don't have to be perfect. And no else does either. If I stutter then I stutter and it wont be the end of the world. of course thats easier for me to say that it is for others ... pun not intended. Lately reading this subreddit has been so hard. I see so many people in a so much pain and I wish I could give each one of you a hug and say, it will get better.
