Deep Brain Stimulation

Deep Brain Stimulation Upon doing some research on 'Deep Brain Simulation' for people who have Parkinson's disease, and as someone who has a stammer, I couldn't help but contemplate whether it could be a possible cure, if not, a very effective treatment for PWS (people who stutter). Anyone else have info on this? I would like to hear your thoughts fellow stutterers! Side note: I discovered an article on the University of Oxford website about trials that date back to 2014, but am unable to find the results of the trials that were conducted.
