I'd say 50/50. I sometimes use circumlocution, but I've been trying to force myself to say what I mean and be comfortable with my stutter. I'd say I have mild stuttering. For several years I hardly stuttered at all, but when put in new environments, like right now, my stutter has returned. Hopefully I can get to the point that I rarely stutter again, but it will take work again.
