for a realistic experience (damn i just noticed this thread is a month old :/ ... anyway \^\^) try fake stuttering in situations where you *don't* feel confident for example asking a girl/guy out or speaking in front of people. a great part of the experience of stuttering is based on the fear of ridicule and exactly that happening (sometimes at least). those are, by the way, the situations where real stutter also gets worse.
