I don't want to say either way about your neurological health. I'm not qualified but I can say from my own experience. My stutter is directly tied to my mental health. Specifically my anxiety levels. When I notice my stutter is worse then usual. Even if I don't feel particularly anxious. I get back into the routine of taking ten minutes a day to sort of meditate. I Sit somewhere quiet with my eyes shut and focus on breathing slowly and trying to relax. It's not an overnight fix. It has an accumulative affect but it definitely helps me.
