Well the few dealers I've seen don't really talk much. But also i have never been to a major casino. I find when I repeat the same things like slogans or directions to customers on a daily basis i can recite them without issue after a while. So if you have to explain rules to a player you could build a script of sorts that you use as a go to for basic questions. Like i used to make contract sales and at first selling people on them was hard because of my blocks. But after a few days i had made a mental script of basic info, sales points and answers to common questions. Those things became a non issue for me after that.
